Arizona Department of Financial Institutions

This department’s mission is to license, examine, and supervise Financial Institutions and enterprises, in compliance with state law, to ensure safety for the Arizona consumer and soundness for the Arizona business.

Arizona Department of Insurance

This department executes the state insurance laws in a manner that protects insurance consumers and encourages economic development.

Arizona Department of Real Estate

The Department regulates real estate, cemetery, and membership camping brokers and salespersons.  It approves and monitors pre-licensing instruction and testing and continuing education courses.  It maintains oversight of approved schools to ensure the quality content of their courses, the competence of their instructors, and the quality and timeliness of the materials being taught.  They also oversee the activities of licensees, investigate complaints against licensees and land developers, and participate in administrative hearings pertaining to their conduct. They also regulate the sale of subdivisions, unsubdivided lands, timeshares, condominiums, membership campgrounds, and cemeteries.
